1 The form and order of listing advertisement entries is at the sole discretion of Mid Wales Visitor Guide. 2 We only accept advertisements subject to the copy and images provided being of sufficient standard and in keeping with the Guide’s values at its sole discretion. 3 A copy proof of the typeset advertisements will be supplied. It will not be possible to furnish copy proofs of any advertisements for which final artwork is provided. 4 Cancellation of the advertisement will not be accepted once a signed copy of the application form is received by us. 5 The standing order form MUST be completed and returned when booking. A receipt will be issued on request. 6 All advertisements must comply with the Code of Advertising Practice, the Trade Descriptions Act 1968, the Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tour Regulations 1992 and all other relevant regulations and statutes which may be in force. 7 BBG will accept no liability whatsoever for any inaccuracies or omissions or any matter arising out of or connected with the publication of the information. 8 BBG will not be liable for any loss or damage consequential or otherwise associated with errors, late publication or the failure of the advertisement to appear for any cause whatsoever. 9 Only written copy and instructions will be accepted. 10 Advertisements for accommodation establishments will only be accepted if those establishments hold current verification from the Visit Wales (or successor body) under the relevant grading scheme.
